USAGE
The Black Box device is intended for the control of parameters of the vehicle trip (trips). The device can be used both on cars and on any other type of transport, except for underground and technological transport that works indoors. The black box records a track during a long period of time, and after the vehicle returns, it transfers the information to the operator’s computer for the analysis.

The vehicle driver connects the device to the socket inside the car, and it begins to record the information to the memory. This process is not being watched and paid. The exploitation of device is absolutely free of charge! All that binds the device with the car are the feed wires connected to any point on the face shield.

After the end of the trip (or accounting period, for example, once a week) the driver disconnects the device and gives it to the operator. While connecting the device to the computer by the USB-cable, the Black Box automatically uploads information about the trip, and software represents the results of the data processing on such parameters:
• Date and time when trip started
• Total time of the trip
• Mileage
• Route
• The highest speed
• Information about possible violations of the rules of exploitation
• Date and time when trip finished.

The most important is that the route of the car can be controlled at an electronic map. All the movements, parking places, the over-speed areas can be traced on the electronic map. In addition, on the map it is possible to display points of disconnection of the device or attempts to interrupt its work. In the program the raster type of maps is used. Also, you can create the lists of the key points - objects on the map the evidence of its passing is fixed by software and is represented in various reports which can be exported in the MS Excel format. While scaling and displacing, the map switches automatically and fluently and quickly scales over a wide range.

In addition, the device is able to track the actions of the driver, directed to the control interferences, memorizing the moments of disappearance and renewal of the feeding tension and the signals of location determination.

ENGRAINING EFFECTS
Client gets:
Under the strict control the driver can’t use a car in the personal aims, to idle without an admissible excuse, and then to compensate the spent time due to exceeding of speed, that frequently lead to an emergency or repairing of the engine. The driver loses possibility to mislead the operator about the former location. Thus, the amount of the time and kilometers, which were spent out of the planned route, is minimized.
The information taken due to the usage of device allows answering, for example, on the following questions:
• How much time did one or another trip take time?
• How many trips did every driver do for the current period?
• Did the driver exceed the maximum speed and how much?
You can control how drivers use the working hours and whether they accommodate a fair number of clients.
